A one-hour consultation meeting each week to discuss your team’s planned activities, review the strategy they are following, and agree on priorities and adjustments.

Put the Plan into Practice
Your team carries out the implementation between meetings, guided by the agreed priorities.

Review and Improve
Your team submits a report each week. I review the reports to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and refine the direction in subsequent sessions.

- Weekly team report review.
- Ongoing recommendations based on progress and reported results.
This is an advisory service. Your team remains responsible for implementation. A complete new brand marketing strategy is available as a separate service.
Monthly Packages
Three-month engagement, billed monthly. Weekly meeting times are agreed with your team before the engagement starts, and no payment is requested until the engagement and schedule are agreed.
